Dustin, a passionate employment law expert, graduated from Baylor University in 2002 with a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a J.D. from Baylor School of Law in 2005. He has focused his practice on Employment Law and Business Law, representing corporations, small businesses, and individuals in various matters such as discrimination cases and contractual issues. An active member in legal and HR communities, Dustin served in multiple roles including the President of DallasHR and Texas SHRM District 1 Director, and is associated with the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. Regularly speaking on HR and law topics, he has received numerous accolades, including D Magazine’s 2018 Best Lawyer Under 40, an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and being classified as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers from 2012 to 2019, reflecting his commitment to excellence in his field.
Paul W. Simon
Paul is a founding member of Simon | Paschal PLLC, a Dallas-based employment and business law boutique. A graduate of Hope College and Michigan State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, he has extensive experience in employment matters, including various discrimination laws and employment agreements, as well as in business practices such as entity formation and contract drafting. Paul’s practice encompasses both transactional and litigation work, appearing in state and federal courts, and serving as outside General Counsel for clients, where he represents employers before governmental agencies and offers regular advice on HR issues. A member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, he served five terms on the DAYL Executive Committee, eventually becoming President. Recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and Rising Star, Paul has also been honored as both a Best Lawyer and Best Lawyer Under 40 in Dallas by D Magazine. He resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife, Jules.
